Australian Defence Force Academy Library Upgrade - Canberra
Projects / Educational
The building provides a direct expansion of an upper floor to accommodate more volumes and readers, and establishes the other supporting library functions on the lower levels which have been extended, replanned and refurbished to suit contemporary library practice.
Those library spaces which generally require controlled light, thermal, acoustic, and vibration-isolated environments are built into the base of the building, and have direct access to vehicular delivery of large-scale equipment, props and material.
