The plan for three residential towers at Draycott Eight surrounds an existing historic residential building in a dignified manner without compromising a contemporary design imperative.
One of the residential towers incorporates several unit-types, and provides the complex with a significant and unique urban marker of distinction. The historic residence has been adapted for use as a recreational club which is the centre piece of a highly refined central garden. External elevations of all the towers have incorporated elements to create visual interest when viewed from below.
