Embassy of Finland Chancery Building – Canberra

Working with Arkkitehtuuritoimisto Hirvonen & Huttunen of Finland, the firm was appointed as the local architect to provide documentation and contract administration services for a new Chancery Building for the Embassy of Finland in Canberra.
The building of roughly 1300m2 includes a residence, offices, and the Embassy’s visa section.
The firm’s services included developing the Finnish architect’s design in relation to Australian conditions, materials, and building practices, as well as ensuring compliance with all local codes and regulations in the architectural documentation and construction.
