Lanson Place Kuala Lumpur is recognised as a ‘Small Luxury Hotel of the World’.

The western tower within the GMB designed 3-tower Verticas multi-residential complex in Kuala Lumpur has been planned and developed as serviced apartments with independent drop-off, entry, parking and social spaces. The apartments have been finished to a high international standard of facilities and finish and can be utilised for hotel short-stay as well as longer term residency. The majority of units look to the north with views to the KL Tower, the Petronas Towers, the broad cityscape, and the mountains beyond. The top two floors, accessed at level 43, are designed as a resident/guest special lounge and entertainment complex with a two storey “living room” overlooking the city as described above, and include a range of internal and external “rooms” for social and recreational activities.
