'Nobleton Crest' Apartments - Malaysia
Projects / Residential
Location Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Nobleton Crest is a residential development of 25 large units in the low-scale, ‘green’ Diplomatic Precinct of Kuala Lumpur. The composition of the base-building, set within the largely water focussed landscaping, plantings and vines climbing on vertical cables, combined with the layering of louvres of varying materials, spacings, and reflectivity is intended to create an engaging and distinctive tropical identity.
The buildings have been developed into single storey and two storey units, and include Penthouse roof terraces with trellises and 5m x 12m swimming pools. In selected Penthouse units the pitched-roof form of the living areas provides both a separate identity from other units and a unique view of the roof top swimming pools.
