The office building at Sydney Ave, Forrest, is integrated into the York Park masterplan which is nominated primarily as a prestigious office zone and landscape setting due to its close proximity to Parliament House. A commercial office building of 14,000m² comprised of  five floors of office space to accommodate approximately 130 staff, the building will be the headquarters of a major international professional organisation. The upper floor is set back to create terraces for executive and staff functions and to articulate the building massing. The roof is set back from the terraces but projects over the main elevations to create shade and interest. The building has been designed to ESD standards to achieve a 4.5 Star Green Star Rating (ABGR).
