The new 26-storey office tower at 179 Turbot St consists of 32,000m2 of A-grade office space and has been developed adjacent to the refurbished Suncorp Tower. The building has a complex form, ensuring no overshadowing of Town Hall Square, and is built over an existing car park with a substantial cantilevered structure at the eighth level. The uppermost floors are marked by a projecting bay giving the tower an identifiable marker from afar and from street level.
